Broiled Peaches

Just made the yummiest dessert EVER, seriously. I wish I had pictures, but it smelled sooo good that I forgot to get my camera before I ate it all. It requires about 2 minutes of prep time and absolutely no cleanup, so it's perfect for when your sweet tooth is raging, but you don't feel like spending hours mixing, baking, and cleaning. For obvious reasons, these are best with super fresh peaches... try to get yours at a farmers market if you can.

Broiled Peach
1 serving

1 peach, washed
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon honey

Preheat the broiler and place the rack about 4 inches from the heat.
Line a small oven-safe pan with aluminum foil.
Cut your peach in half and scoop out the pit.
Place both halves on your pan skin side down, fill each with butter, and drizzle with honey.
Broil until the edges turn brown, about 10-15 minutes].

I don't even like peaches... but this stuff is just crazy good.
